To date, up to ten different Pinot Noirs are produced annually at Hitching Post, many vineyard designated and sourced from highly acclaimed, local vineyards including Sanford & Benedict, Fiddlestix, and Bien Nacido.

Four generations of the Hibbits family have farmed the Lompoc Valley, building a diverse and successful farming operation run today by Art Hibbits. His ranch features prime topsoil over 30 feet deep in places, and has supported a wide array of nuts, vegetables, seed crops as well as cattle grazing, for over a century.

Husband and wife winemaking team PETER HUNKEN and AMY CHRISTINE bring a combined four decades of winemaking experience to Holus Bolus.

Inspired by a summer trip to France in 2008, we began making wine in a second story, white-carpeted apartment in West Hollywood.
