Join us for an elegant evening of culinary delights as you enjoy a fully paired four-course dinner hosted by Fiddlehead Cellars with celebrity “Chef Pink” of Root 246 Restaurant.  Chef Pink has been featured on the Food Network’s Cutthroat Kitchen, and Spike TV’s Bar Rescue specializing in foods centered around South East Asian cuisine. Each course will be lovingly paired with a selection of Fiddlehead Cellars wines hand-curated by our own celebrity winemaker and founder, Kathy Joseph.  Kathy has been instrumental in the development of both the “Happy Canyon” and “Sta. Rita Hills”, American Viticulture Areas for the Santa Ynez Valley located in Santa Barbara County. Dress to impress for this “Pink” formal occasion as we celebrate our “Lucky Thirteen” years of “Pink Fiddle “releases, our dry Rosé of Pinot Noir, grown in the Sta. Rita Hills at our home vineyard “Fiddlestix”. Come celebrate with Kathy as your hostess, all things “Pink” for a pre-Valentine’s Day party not to be missed!

Description: Put on an apron and let's get cooking! We are welcoming Chef Robin Goldstein into the gorgeous green kitchen for the first cooking class of the new year! Join us as Chef Robin demonstrates how to cook with grapes and wine to make delicious California-Mediterranean inspired meals. Whether cooking is a passion or a new year's resolution, these beautiful wine country recipes will be a wonderful addition to any homecooking repertoire. Tickets are $100 / person (public), $80 / person (wine club members).
